Each of our products is customizable to your chosen specification, which means we make every single product bespoke for you. You can send us the photos of your project and we'll be happy to make it.

How are tiles and mosaics shipped?

Tile murals are not assembled before shipping.
Mural tiles ship carefully wrapped and numbered for easy installation.

 When will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days from purchase date.

Wrapping and packaging

Our tiles are packed with extra care to ensure their safe arrival.
We use strong cardboard and bubble wraps that are securely taped with parcel
and Fragile tape.

What happens if the tiles I received are broken? 

We will offer replacement tiles free of charge and will ask for a photo of the
broken tiles to be emailed to us.

1. Damaged in transit/photos needed, free replacement, no refunds
2. We only accept returns on damaged items only.
3. On big quantities we strongly encourage our customers to place a sample order.
We are considering a big order of 10 plus tiles.

What sizes, shapes, and finishes do you do for ceramic tiles?

We offer square tiles 15.24 x 15.24 cm (6x6 inches) in a gloss finish. If you'd like alternative shapes get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.

How thick are the tiles?

The tiles are 5mm thick.

Are the tiles suitable for use in showers?

They are perfectly suitable for use in showers and their colours will never
fade.
We have many customers who have tiled their complete bathrooms and
showers using our tiles.

Can the tiles be used close to hot surfaces?

Yes, they can be used behind a cooker as a decorative backsplash without
any problem.

Can I use the tiles on the floor?

We currently don't offer tiles for floor application online, however if this is something you'd like get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.
