We loved the idea of Ohara Koson's kingfisher art and planned to make the mural the focal point of our spa bathroom. The tiles arrived well-packed and looked nice laid out on the table. However, upon install, we found that the tiles scratched easily and were poor quality. The biggest disappointment was with the irregularities in printing. Tiles that failed to have print covering the bullnose looked smaller and unfinished. This could be 'corrected' with using grout lines, but that would've put a line straight through the head of the kingfisher. We expected better framing and print quality at this price point. We are so embarassed by this acquisition that we took down the lighting fixture that illuminates the mural. We regret this purchase and unfortunately will not buy again.

These people are marvelous. When I bought the 12 tiles of the Lotus and the kingfisher, one came chipped. I communicated with them, and they very quickly sent me a replacement. I've enjoyed working with them, and they are very good to their customers.
The tiles arrived in great condition, but one had a tiny chip. Tilesquare promptly replaced the tile and now I have beautiful Japanese mural to serve as the focal point of my bathroom. I could not be more please with the mural and the extraordinary service. Now if my remodeler will get started. ECG
